VIIs either .5 or full size up... IMO.

4, 5 i had to go up .5 (and i don't even have wide feet)

6, 8 and 9 TTS

7 are garbage, but if it matters, .5 up

Theyve all fit differently for me * I use for ball and exercise* but all in the same range. You really have to try em on honestly
5 - 9.5
6 - 10
7 - 9.5-10- 10.5 (all the shoes felt so different)
8 - 9.5 (9 is too small) (10 is to big)
9Elites -9-9.5
