It would be, but that's why Nike's on top. They've had the best ambassadors of any brand competing with them and they've marketed them extremely well.

My point was, if the 3s were a FILA original, not Nike's, people would eyeball them funny. The elephant would be mocked as some cheap fashion statement. You can't discredit the Yeezys because they have a big name attached to them unless you'd say the same about Jordans.

Doubt they'll have vintage treatment. Well unless JB wants to drastically hurt their holiday revenue. The pic on the first page is just to show how the True Blues look with Nike Air. For whatever reason they dropped the 2001's with a Jumpman, but the Black Cements with NA.

You can see on Page 4 a sample with an NA insole, indicating they were ready to drop them with NA. The 2K1 True Blue was the first OG colorway to not feature the NA, they even added Retro+ for insult. Gentry and his JB goons wanted to make their collection more valuable, simple as that IMO.

The Gentry slander, man been awhile on NT. I doubt the move was to add value to NA sneakers, or to appease OG collectors. The Jumpman was a stamp to put MJ front and center on his brand. It makes much more sense. Gentry has samples, and 1 of 1 color ways of every Jordan. I doubt he cared about rarity.

I certainly expect to see all those VI's again in a 1-2 year span. At this point counting what's dropped and what is scheduled to,

So this year; the True Blue 3s, White Cement 4s and Black Metallic 5s. Next year I would definitely think the BC 3s. Then which 4s? Breds, Fire Reds, Militarys? and then Fire Red or Grape 5s...JB is going hard right now! I'm going to have to file for bankruptcy

Would love a pair of True Blues with the NA. My 2001s are still in fairly good shape, zero midsole cracking/chipping issues for a 15 year old shoe that has been worn quite often. The only issue, the heel tabs are disintegrating and no amount of glue will keep them together lol.

Will have to wait and see these 2016 editions. With the crappy chipping/cracking midsole issues on all the most recent 3s and the really dark elephant print they've been using I'm holding my breath for a quality "remastered" version. The midsoles on my 2016 WC IVs are already chipping

Back to the TB3's , I flipped when I saw they were releasing today. That is by far my favorite Jordan 3 ever! ( I know it doesn't have much to do with MJ , besides when he wore them with the wizards, but still I LOVE them)

You should have kept them my friend and also I'm glad the 3s are releasing again as well. There are an original colorway so they're still alright in my book.

They are very comfortable, the insole they use for them (Cement 4) and the remastered 1s are nice. Also I can't believe all these releases myself, hopefully I will be able to attain them all to build the ultimate collection.
