Did I ever tell you guys I met Cloris Leachman (RIP) in a hospital ER? Don’t want get into details, but I was kind of drunk at the time.
I was already in the waiting room when she came in. Once she got through the triage desk, she sat near me. I said, “oh ****, you’re Cloris Leachman.” (I never, ever say anything to celebrities I come across in person). She said, “well, usually but I’m not feeling to well today.”
About an hour later, I was still getting care when she was walking out while I was still on a gurney in the ER and said “nice meeting you. Good luck.”
