Supreme tells you checkout is successful, but no charge and no email order confirmation. Pretty much cancelled on the spot

Haven't placed a Supreme order since last year. What is the deal with ghost orders? I got to the order confirmation screen but no order email. I used the 2-tab method like I always do. :\

Today was surprisingly easy for me on the desktop. I instantly copped the Red motion Logo, went back for a second order and got the Ali tee at 1101. Two separate orders, same credit card, two emails, card has been charged on both orders.

Here I am still trying to catch a restock on the Ali & Motion tee since I got the payment error screen twice. 15 minutes later, I get the order confirmation in my email for both tees.
