call your bank... to let them know its not a fraud transaction.

They said my card was rejected..re entered..then it says I already ordered..then I log into my CC acct..payment went thru..then I got the confirmation email

Happenned to me a few years ago w the marbled tee...wanted a black but they said it was damaged and asked if i wanted purple instead. I took the purple but never wore it lol, sold it a year later.

This year i had an order with a few items, one was the patchwork pants...they took the pants off my order with no explanation. I was pissed.
