My situation was just plain out weird - when I click 'process payment', nothing happened - page wasn't loading at all so I thought it was because of my AdBlock & captcha. Turned off Adblock and same results when I click 'process payment' - no movement. Never saw a confirmation screen, but somehow got an email confirmation...weird since I've been ordering from Supreme for years and this never happened...
Oh yea, no Captcha for me too, just saw in the lower right corner an icon that says "protected by Captcha"
