Hi guys. Need your help. I've ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online from IG Sneakercritic. They have an online website beyourownlabel.com
Every time I email and asked for my sneakers, they said end of this week. This has been happening for 3 months. Now, I'm asking for a refund instead. Till now, nothing is done. What other options do I have to get it done. Thanks

What form of payment did you send them?

I paid for two different transactions using a debit card... I've been asking for the refund for many days, now they never reply..

Harsh bro sry to here that sounds like your dealing with pure *******, but in future only pay with PayPal unless it's from a reputable estore such as flight club,rif.la etc yea only option I can think of is try calling your bank see if u can cancel the transaction... Better luck next time dude don't let one ****** mess up your mode peace
