OP: if you are serious I strongly suggest you don't do this. In some cases (as was the case with my wisdom teeth) with wisdom teeth parts of the teeth cangrow into your jaw, causing them to be "lodged in" or stuck. The only way to tell is to get some x-rays done by a real Doctor. When this happens thetraditional pulling method is only a small step in the surgery, because a small part of your bone will be removed with it. Afterwards my jaw was wired shut for3 weeks. If you do this the wrong way you can kill yourself. Novocaine alone will not stop the pain, you will have to be put to sleep to get this done, otherwise you'll feel like you're in a saw film. BUT if they are not stuck listen up. Depending on how much of the teeth are exposed (assuming theyhave emerged from your gums) this could be a tricky procedure. If the crowns are still inside the gums you're going to have cut a slit in your gums toexpsose the teeth. 1st of all you are going to need a local anithstetic, novocaine. How you plan on obtaining it I do not know. You're also going to needdental pliers and something to keep your mouth open. Get a nice good grip and slowly pull in a circular outward motion. Stop the blood with guase, and the stopthe pain with some vicodin or hydrocodine, and an Anti-Biotic such as Amoxicillin or Penicillin to prevent any infections.
