In hand shot of the NYC Marathon Speeds and the box.
Digging them more than I thought I would but not sure if should return and wait for the Citron colourway which I prefer. Kind of feel like eating some skittles after looking at them too lol
IATT You'll love the Balega socks, really good, super comfy and not too thick or thin!
Normally go Stance, Balega or Nike!
I have tried so many different socks and have yet to find that perfect pair. There are a lot of good pairs out there though. Balega Silvers are really comfy but tend to overheat in the summer. I like the stance crew running socks but have yet to try the ankle or no shows. Road Runner's R-Gear socks actually might be at the top of my list. They have 4 different cushion levels just for ankle socks alone but the colors are super basic. The fabric feels great on foot though.maybe it was just the balegas I got (enduro quarter), but was not a fan
luckily i can send them back.. going try some CEP socks
was thinking about stance, but they just look ultra thin.. I’d get those if I actually ran races
IATT Which Feetures socks you get? Minimal, medium, or maximum cushioning?
Bummer.
Believeintherun's review on Carbon X v2. They said the midsole is not too firm or soft. Well I guess we need to try them ourselves to find out.
The Hoka Mach 4 looks really promising.
Yeah, that is just nuts. Seeding a model 5 months before release is some alphafly nonsense.lots of great reviews all around, too bad they dont come out till next march lol
Don’t know how real these are
Those are real--the original pics were taken by the Believe in the Run guys who have them in hand.
I need to see the soles.. I’ve had the 11s for like a month and change now I think
and while I love them, I’m probably going send them back.. because I love them but for 1 thing, if you check the sole of the shoe underneath the arch there seems to be something
now I know with saucony and most of their shoes, they have a hint of stability elements built in (I think the endorphin speeds and pros are the exceptions)
but I’ve noticed with the kinvara 11s no matter what socks I wear with them or what type of run I’m doing in them, I’m getting pain right in the arches of my feet.. and it wasn’t until I was watching a review from kofuzi on them that I realized that portion of the sole is probably what is causing the issue in for an otherwise fantastic shoe (only other complaint I would have is I think they could have cut down on some of the upper material)
you can see it here
