This may have been the greatest thing that I have ever witnessed on live TV. Ive never been to Detroit but damn, people dont mess around. I remember jumpingoff the couch when Artest went into the stands, those fans went in. Was anyone there?

YO! Let me tell you something about this night. Me and my partnas had been at a party on campus. Of course, we were all gone of various drinks and otherintoxicants. We went to this other dude's place after the party. He was over there with some chics and they just started trying to tell us what happened assoon as we walked through the door. Now this one chic was obviously high on something so I barely listened... I attributed the story to the usual marijuanainduced exaggeration:

damn i cant believe i stopped watching the game when there was like 2 min left on the clock.. i would try to steal the basketballs and go to the lockerroom..loll..

I was there that night. When the brawl broke out, I was outside smokin' a cigarette, since the game was already a blow out to begin with. I was trashedout of my mind, thanks to the $8 20oz. beers at The Palace. I was looking inside and I all of a sudden saw a gang of people who were previously leaving SPRINTback into the arena. So I finished my square and shot back into the arena. I saw the tailend of everything--mainly the fans tossing anything and everythingat the Pacers as they were escorted out.

I didn't realize the true mayhem that went down until later at the bar right down the street from The Palace, when Sportscenter came on. It's probablya good thing I wasn't in there, because I was drunk enough to probably think I could go toe-to-toe with J.O. or Artest, too.
