T-Pain is definitely underrated as a producer and writer but his music fell off a while ago.
I don't know man. Just listen to records like Break Up, Up Down, and Drinkin' Patna...that's vintage T Pain. Those records suggest his music hasn't fallen off at all.
Hell, half of the music people love today, from Future, to PND, to Young Thug, all this is just T Pain man. T Pain left the culture for some years, and now that's he trying to comeback, fans have moved on. So even when he does put out those vintage t pain records, people aren't going to acknowledge it. They've moved on. It's why I always once you get into the culture, you can't leave, because this culture stops for no one. It'll always be somebody new.
