I recently sold a pair of sz 13 White Cement 4s from here (guy said Ebay in his claim

) And the guy says that they came "messed up"
I responded and uploaded pictures to the claim (he didn't) but paypal took the liberty of deciding the case and saying that he will get a FULL refund if I get the shoes back by march 6th. I texted the dude multiple times and he never replied. The guy said the toebox had "scratches" and I know for a fact that those shoes were practically untouched. I'm afraid i'll get them back and something will be wrong with them...

Is there anything I can do at this point?... what do I do?

You can appeal the decision, probably just prolong the process.

In my experience ebay sides with the person who acted the most reasonable during all the messaging back and forth.
Or, the person it is easiest to get (take) the funds from.

If you sent it priority it should have some insurance on it, file a claim at the post office to help recoup any loss.

Whats really gonna suck is when he sends you an empty box back!
