PAYPAL problem w/ seller *help*

i bought a shoe on ebay. i sent the payment through "pay now" and everything and....

this kids being a flaker.... what can i do? he put a fake paypal address so i cant send to him?

He responds "What do you mean what's the update. You haven't sent me the payment. If I don't get it by tomorrow I will relist the shoes andgive you an unpaid item strike"

what can i do? (The recipient of this payment is Unregistered) so *@% is this? where did my MONEY go then....
