Had a Paypal smart connect balance - Paid it off in full - No more balance no more worries.
Recieved a refund from someone (who I paid with my smartconnect account) and it automatically credits my paypal smart connect account
What will happen to that credit ($200) ? It's going to an account with already a zero balance so did I lose my $ ?
Customer Service was awful so I turn to those who may have already experienced this. Did I mention how bad their customer service was?
