I would tend to say not deadstock...midsole and heel creasing...still in great shape though--$300 minimum.

looks like there might be creasing on the patent leather on the sides of the shoe in the 3rd pic from the bottom

Those don't look DS to me. I own a DS pair of Spacejams and mine don't look like that. Maybe it was tried on or something. It's the creases on the heel and on the side of the left shoe.

The creasing is the proof, that these are not dead stock!

Midsole is wrinkled and around the heel by the jumpman is creased.. These were atleast tried on and worn around (AKA VVVNDS).

Not DS, but at least NDS hence the previous owner just tried them on.
