you must be 12 because Penny was an absolute MONSTER.... him and grant hill were suppose to be the new Larry and Magic... penny had crazy handles and moves that were so sick just to get free from the defenders... jordan is the best ever but Penny was young and was very promising his first few seasons... go look at some youtube clips of a basketball icon...
