If you're not following Penny Hardaway on Twitter, now might be a good time to start. Earlier this morning, the former Orlando Magic guard gave us a look at some of Nike's Penny-inspired releases that are on the horizon, including this special Air Force 1 that he says is "Coming Soon!!"

Inspired by the Air Max Penny I, the white leather-based shoe features Penny details such as a pinstriped tongue, cracked marble patent Swoosh and Penny's classic logo embroidered on the heel. The inner liner is done in blue textile and the outsole may be translucent.

Still a lot of information to find out about this potential release and we'll make sure you're aware of any new developments here at Sole Collector. In the meantime, tell us what you think about the Penny Air Force 1.

NEED those Uptowns and WHAT exactly is coming in August?
He can't be talking about the Rookie LWP.I thought that was a 2012 release.

Looks like they have an icey sole. This could be a hot release. The tongue looks dope too, Penny 1 esque
