Tastes nothing like chicken. Alligator has a more defining rich meat taste, and it's a clean taste.

Why is it when it comes to taboo meat like gator or guinea pigs its always the same reply ? " it taste like chicken" so just eat some damn chicken & not ur road kill.

You can order exotic meats online, if you don't have like an Asian Grocery Spot in town that carries this type of stuff. We have a Phillipine owned place in town that sells blue crabs.

I wonder how do they prepare that.
You can bar bq it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it, make alligator kebobs, alligator creo, alligator gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried, pineapple gator, lemon gator, coconut gator, pepper gator, cave gator, gator stew, gator salad, gator and potatoes, gator burgers.
I wonder if they eat the skin
