it sounds bad but it was a def. bad move from the beginning...

a lady with that many kids and no support plus another one on the way shows she doesnt make the best decisions already...only way thats acceptable is isshe's a widow...
 
never let folx move in, whether you're going to be roommates, landlord/tenant or whatever without a credit check and a decent renting history
business is business
 
i hope everything turns out ok, but come on, 6 kids? no baby daddy? you were asking for that......
