Perfect Bday gift for my 23 yr old BF

OK so my Boyfriend's birthday is coming up in a month or so and I don't know what to get him. We have been together 5 years. He like sneakers and RC cars but everything he wants he gets so it makes it hard to plan ahead. Any suggestions??

Not one helpful response, you guys are brutal

Do something out of the ordinary, short trip, random date, etc. If homeboy gets everything he wants then get him something his parents can't (think outside the box).
