Better as in not as strong yea lol Foles doesnt have big arm strength to fit in throws in tight windows. Ever notice how his deep balls float like hell

Yeah Foles even throws floaters on slant passes. Reich was the brains of that SB offense and tailored the offense to fit Foles strengths and weaknesses. When Reich was gone and Groh/Doug were calling plays for him, his game looked very suspect.
