I must ask then, no thread jack.. but what is the best Pho joint in Seattle? I've been to a few but none really stood out that much more than the others.

Nope
It's hard to explain, but the outside of the store is like colored yellow red and blue (I think?)
But I can't remember the name at all though and I don't know why...
