warriors did have a chance to trade him, but wouldve had to include klay in the package as well for whomever they would bring in (presumably love). definitely not worth it.
and you can appreciate a player for what they brought to the organization in past years, but you can't overlook their diminishing value currently just because of that. true, lee got injured and that's probably affecting his production, but that still doesn't excuse his poor decision making on help defense and the complete disappearance of his midrange shot that was coveted.
watching him play is the most frustrating experience as a fan
I should have added, that I meant prior to this year's trade deadline, I wasn't referring to that far with the K Love situation which thankfully didn't happen. Teams were interested in Lee prior to this year's deadline. It does excuse his poor decisions to some extent. People actually don't realize the man is 31. It's not like he's 25 at his prime. I think we have a good team regardless of David Lee sucking or not.
