Well, the only reason he retired was the battered eye. Should be interesting once he's in shape. Always in action packed fights

Floyd seems like he's just always trying to say the "right" thing. He's always playing some sort of role with the media. Like he doesn't just talk. I think that's what slows him down more than anything.

True, I definitely noticed that too, that might be what it is. Dude just does it so much that I sometimes wonder if something is really off. And yeah gym wars definitely take their toll too. I'll guess we'll see in a couple years how he turns out.

I don't want to sound callous, but I have a slight suspicion that Floyd has an ulterior motive. Why is he just bringing this up NOW... it's very timely.

Crazy part is when i went to the mayweather pac fight. The night before during the weigh in ,when we left it was weird to see roger sitting by himself at the lil froyo spot. I thought it odd bc the weigh in jus ended and he was literally sitting there solo eating. His family was tryna get to him but he wudnt let them through security which i thought was odd then he finally did and really didnt pay them much attention as they were talking to him

Nah the Saturday after Thanksgiving is both a travel day and shopping day. That's too big of a risk in PPV sales to have in on the 28th.

Was in LA last week. Ate like a beast (peep the FOOD thread in General) so hit Wild Card to work it off.

Place was BUZZING with the Cotto/Canelo announce. Was hoping to try to get some pics inside (the sign on the door says you can't, but thought I might be able to take one if I asked on a slow day).

I did get this as a souvenir though....

Hiw do you just walkin in a gym and train? You pay a day fee or sometgin?

Yep. It's $5 to use the gym for the day. Hit the bags, treadmill etc.

Trainers are around and you can work out a deal with them direct if you wanna hit mitts.

Sometimes it's crazy trying to get in. **** was on Pentagon lock down when Pac was there training for Floyd, even though I think those guys train in the private gym on the ground floor.

Interesting. I don't know if Manny slowed down enough for Crawford to handle him.

Dulorme was winning that fight until Crawford caught him. Gamboa got alot of the early rounds on him too. But I guess we'll see how good he really is if the fight happens.

Interesting to see if Manny beats him... who does Manny fight next? Because you know Arum will milk his last fight in 2016.

I fancy Crawford to win too. However, jumping from Beltran and Dulorme to Pacquiao is a big step up. I think it would be in Bud's best interest to fight someone like Diego Chaves or Chris Algieri as a test at 147 first.

Manny's the A side but they could fight at a CW of 144.  That's what Manny fought Algieri at, and he weighed in against Mayweather at 143 so he should have no problems making it.
