Sounds like he said "Hey......I lost."I couldn't hear what did he say?
I think getting knocked out by Lucas Matthysse made people forget how good Lamont is.
Funny thing is his running was unnecessary. He's the bigger guy he could've stood in there and won that fight. I still think Amir khan would give Garcia that L
Peterson locked like he didn't belong in the ring in the first 4 to 5 rounds IMO... He wasn't "boxing" that dude was running... Period.
Absolutely agree w/ all this. I was rooting for Peterson but I still had it 115-113 Garcia.Just finished watching the fight.

I don't judge fights by how they appear to be overall or how the fighters faces look at the end.
If you just focus on the the last few rounds, Peterson won the fight. Danny took a beating in those rounds. But that's not how fights work. We can't let a part of a fight cloud your judgement and it's real easy if you're just scoring your rounds correctly.
It's a pretty simple concept a lot of people that watch boxing still don't get. You just score the twelve rounds, and add them up. It's that simple, **** the rest.
I think I gave Danny 5 of the first 6 rounds. I gave them to Danny because of Lamonts unwillingness to engage. I can't reasonably give you the round when you're backpedaling the whole round and only throwing jabs. While defensive, even Rigo and Floyd will engage with strong power shots from time to time, while still maintaining defensive posture. You can argue that Peterson's punch output wasn't high enough to not be considered "running", but who decides how high that punch output has to be? Some people say Rigondeuax boxes and then Lara runs, but how far off are they really? And even with Rigondeaux, there's a grip of people who say he runs too, so then what? That whole running argument is too vague and part of what makes these types of fights so controversial.
And then on top of that, the 6 rounds that Lamont didn't "run", where he was standing directly in front of Danny, he was whippin his ***, and there was nothing vague about it. So basically you're giving Danny a win for walking forward and throwing at thin air for 6 rounds. That's weak to me.

I didn't see any of that from Peterson, just circling, jabbing, and refusing to actually fight.
As noted above, I was rooting for Peterson too.
the same Garcia that has looked avg his last couple of fights?Garcia beats Broner easy tbh.
khan can never beat Garcia for the simple fact he has a glass jawI know I'm saying Garcia wouldn't make it out of the rematch. Khan underestimated dsg that fight
