Surprised he didn't just try to get in front of her... but 20 seconds is a long time to not pull over like she couldn't have pulled over to the side like everyone who gets pulled over on the e-way. Cops tried to pull me over once 2 blocks from my house and I kept going and pulled into to my drive way to park my car because I wasn't about to pay to get my car out of the impound lot... they charged me with fleeing and eluding, lol. Anyway it was clearly excessive force so I am sure she will be straight.
