Crazy how you can still be a ***** with full riot gear and tanks in the street.
They think dudes in the hood got rocket launchers or something? The hell are they scared of.

It's not a pointless act. This was taken at Howard University. A young lady who graduated from there (and was a classmate of mine) was shot in the head by police last night during the protest. That's why this picture was taken..
Stop judging and throwing stones when you know nothing about the situation.
You want Howard University students to go to Ferguson and shoot it out w/ the cops?Pointless. That breaks my heart about your classmate. I feel for her as if she's my sister (that's how I think about my folks). BUT what is that doing? The people creating the need for people to pose like that or throw on the hoody and skittles DO NOT take that stuff serious. To them it's a photo of some of us convened posing in unison. I'm throwing stones because I'm tired of it. I want real change. I want us to TRULY care for each other. She was shot in the head, yall take a picture. How about some retribution or retaliation. This doesn't cut it, period.
I think more along the lines of a Malcolm X than an MLK. I don't really appreciate MLK and his stance/belief (flamesuit on), but I also understand the relevance and importance of that stand with all that was going on. It really highlighted the conscious (lack thereof) of who we're really dealing with. A man standing for no violence (I find it cowardly) was killed violently.
I'm from MD. I'm going to DC tomorrow for this lil NMOS. Maybe we can chop it up there if you're still around.
