Well as you can see from what I quoted, he didn't say there they replaced it. There is also a big chance that they remembered him buying the shoe and it seemed like they still gave Alp a bad experience and some problems getting it fixed, to an extent that they gave him a shoe repair shop for the next time he has a problem with the shoe. Overall, Alps experience just seemed bad and he will be first to tell you about it.
Lacedemup and Mr100 did have great experience with the boutique though so it isn't all bad, both of them also has multiple pairs so it could also be that.
Now I am not trying to deter you from buying but just make sure it can be/will be fixed before dropping some $$$$ on the used pair.
