I think these are returned to adidas and feature got them for really cheap. They have sold out twice, and restocked a third time on these same past season colorways. I ordered two pairs when they had a 25% code a month or so ago, and the quality, glue stains, crooked raf simons stamp in heel, wasnt good. One pair was the wrong size in the right size box. When I emailed feature they said they come direct from Adidas, so the size issue wasnt their mistake.
Probably not. It seems like the USPS workers caught on a couple years ago, and got a lot more strict. How can it only be worth $100 on the customs form, and then insured for $1000? Both numbers are supposed to match.
There are pockets of time when it's working fine. I got to checkout with items in my bag, but haven't pulled the trigger yet since I'm hoping for a bit more of a discount.
I think you just got lucky. My two red pairs arrived yesterday from the 3rd installment, and they don't seem first quality either.
Could be. I have the 1st generation white/green colorway & the leather was your typical Stan Smith for that run. The 2nd Gen had more of a softer leather, so that's why I might feel they are top notch. But there's definitely not any glue stains or crooked engraving.
