my problem with the black jaspers is you can't see the details of them unless it's well lit... like, the straps, the laces, the toebox, all the partsof them all blend together because they're so dark and there's no contrast...

i really, really like them tho, but i prolly won't cop...

how much are they tho? they're cheaper than the grey/pink jaspers aren't they?

naw (the way i rock my strap you can't really see the LV logo anyways), just the fact that, unless it's fairly up close and well lit, in most pixi've seen it's hard to make out the straps, the different panels, laces, everything... i like the shoe a lot, and have considered copping the blacks,don't get me wrong, but i like the shoe so much (i'm a huge fan of straps) i feel like the all black makes it hard to truly appreciate the details andshape of the shoe...

...looks like the Lint from the Lint-filter of a Clothes Dryer...

both... i like to look fly for myself, and for other people (to an extent, mostly for girls and myself tho, if i bought everything strictly to impress otherpeople around here i'd be wearing some BS)...

if i look at my fit in the mirror from across my room i wanna see the shape and details of my shoes (they're always the most important part of my outfitimo)... and what i'm wearing is a representation of me, so i do care some how i look to other people (to an extent, plenty guys hate on my fits but plentygirls compliment me)...

it is nice to get compliments on what you're wearing, and most people buy stuff both because they like it and because they know it'll look hot to otherpeople (some people even sacrifice comfort to look good for others, but i wouldn't do that personally), whether you guys wanna act all high and mighty andadmit it or not... i'm certainly not afraid to admit that...

i'm just saying, i wouldn't spend that much on a shoe that i could only appreciate close up...

Well I think the biggest plus of the black jaspers is that they are so universal; I mean the patchwork jaspers are very nice aesthetically, but I just couldnot see myself wearing them. I just love the feel and look of the shoe, and the detail of the shoe is very obvious.

yeah, up close like that...

i dunno, i'm feeling them, i might cop (just cuz i love the shape and straps so much), just not entirely sold from all the pix i've seen... i'macall my rep and see what's up with 'em at least...

so are those grey laces in them? i never noticed that b4... they look like they match the grey LV logo on the tongue.
