Hello everyone, really dope shoes on this thread! Now I'm about to cop these arenas for 300$ and I wanted to know if these are legit and worth it.

It's hard to tell since I'm on my phone, but those arenas look beat. Do you have any more pics? Maybe some close ups of the outsoles.

It's kinda tough with only an aerial view of the shoe but I'm slightly leaning towards authentic. It appears to be an earlier Arena if I'm not mistaken due to the non waxed laces in addition to overall leather doesn't have that extra crackle effect. The one your showing looks more like it was made from cowhide as opposed to lambskin. If you could provide more pictures that would be great but from the overall shape, I'm going with genuine. Although, I would NOT pay $300 for them in that condition, you might as well save an extra $275 and buy a brand new retail pair.

I'll try to talk him down to 250$ including shipping. I'm paying in Euro and he has to send them to Europe so I'll pay 180€ in the end. And I asked for additional photos of the shoes and the box/receipt to be sure.

It could be a compilation of all the ugliest and poorly done fake Loubs around on the front and "you know what time it is" on the back. Those reds in that photo do not look like they have a strap. I do not think they look good, just excited for the possibility of a Malibu-esque shoe.

Honestly, buying used shoes for $300 is never worth it (IMO). Especially, if it's a high end designer brand. I might consider used shoes only if it is near flawless conditions.
I would continue to save my money and get it brand new. Or, continue to search the sites for sales, if you are wanting to get a first pair. Just be patient.
Fashion and trends change so quickly, just hold out until you can do it.

French fair, those are around the same price brand new when they go on sale so I would say they are not worth it for the price he was asking. they look pretty beat too imo.

hilarious, but i do feel bad for him if he really dropped resale price and thought he had the real thing. i dont know how anyone could fall for such horrible fakes, even the box doesnt look like a real CL box, but a cheap brown box, but i doubt he'd stunt with fakes so blatantly like that unless he really thought they were real...in which case he mustve spent a decent amount on them.In the words of BDUB313… "when people see Christian Louboutins they already know what time it is."

it's not always about having the money, maybe dude just doesn't wanna spend 600 on a pair of shoes that he's never had before. he might cop em and barely wanna wear em, that's what happened to me. 600 is probably nothing to a lot of you dudes but it's about what the shoes are worth to him
