I took arena sizing in my Speed knits.

Worked out okay for me when I tried them on, but I haven't worn them out for long periods of time.

go with your normal size for speed knits in my opinion. i usually wear a 41 in everything, and the 40 was too short. 41 felt roomy, but still better than the snug 40.
