How many people here are old enough to remember when you didn't need the area code to dial a number? I believe 10-digit dialing started somewhere in 2001 or maybe before if I'm not mistaken.. there's not any pictures I can post to show that so I thought I would ask.. those were the days...

Pay phones are still pretty common in Canada, at least in Toronto and Montreal. I even saw a phonebooth.
