F&I can take forever to get into. But once you do, it's well worth it.
Just on bonuses alone.. i take home like 4k. That's aside from my % and extra benefits. Iam 28 yrs old.. took me 1.5 yrs to reach F&I.. there's 3 of us. One has been doing it for 30yrs.. the other for 15. I love my job and the people I work with. Always been in sales. And prior to this I managed a winery in St helena/rutherford.

I don't sell the cars. I do the finance and insurance part. I work with over 100 diff banks bro. You name it i have a relationship with the bank. I negotiate my back end, points, interest, gross, and cost. I work the numbers boiiii. Sales people sell the cars... sales managers draft up the deal. There's a lot of departments tho. Finance. You make what you want to make.
