surprised the first video wasn't posted in here. it was pretty funny
The videos he made of the H1 he had were pretty funny. I think owning a H1 would be a lot of fun (as long as you didn't have to daily drive it, parking would be a nightmare :lol ). Going with an unlimited mile warranty was brilliant, I'm expecting to see the car being broke down A LOT if he's gonna drive it as much as he says he's going to.

What's up fellas. Hoping to soon post pics of an STI in here!! Current lease ending.

IMO the 9th gen civics failed at its crucial hit points. The suspension on my 2013 feels like I'm driving an SUV. Torque is an upgrade but that VTEC and top end is so weak compared to my 09. I miss that thing. Was hoping for a type r this year.

Anyway I test drove a 15 STI and man. Fell in love. Why I waited this long to test drive an STI.... Only thing is since I just bought a house in September I can't give a lot down and I'm not looking to pay $100 more than what I am now. Going to see if tomorrow a dealer can come through for me, if not I put in for a build for a 16 and leasing it at a local dealer for close to what I'm looking too. Pray for me fams!!! Good luck to everyone's whips in here

Last great Si was the 8th gen, currently in an 08 coupe. Everything after has been lackluster. Youll love being part of team rumble.

You're going to lease the STi? They hold their value really well, and you'll probably end up wanting to mod it so you're better off just purchasing it IMHO.
Plus you probably won't want to get rid of it.
My plan bro is if I lease one is to buy it out. I was gonna do the same with the si I have now. You're payments are lower and when the lease is over all I would have to do is finance the buyout option for $13,000. So payments would be even cheaper. But I found out that I don't like the car as much. So yea if I get one mods are a must lease or not. I doubt I will get rid of it lol

Well, tiregate is officially over :lol . As some of you may remember, I was having a hell of a time finding some reasonably priced tires for my Lightning in Canada. After having several tire shops search all their available warehouses, with little success, and not being able to find used wheel/tire combos that looked half decent, I bit the bullet and ordered some Nitto NT555's. Got the first 2, other 2 I had to source from somewhere else, it's been a real pain finding tires in this size, in Canada, to avoid duty, shipping, our pathetic dollars value, etc.

Dat width :smokin . Pretty nice looking tire, I'm excited to get them on.

Nice pickup

I've actually been a fan of the look of the tread on certain Nitto's :smokin
Yea I like the look of several of their tires. The other option I found was the Nitto NT05, which is geared a little more to handling. $80 dollars more per tire. Pretty badass tread pattern IMO, but their tread depth is 1/2 the depth of the NT555, and they're a little softer too, so you only get 1/3 of the miles outta them compared to the NT555.

Speaking of wide wheels, a lot of Lightning guys that race em widen their stock wheels. Here's one that's been widened to 12", with a 345/35/18 tire on it :x

They don't even stick out :lol . There's so much room for tire in these trucks, it's ridiculous. One day :smokin

Yes.

NT05's :smokin :smokin :smokin

I hear you, man. Still good tires.
Yea, I was really tempted to go with the NT05's, they look great. But saving $320 on the whole set, plus the fact that I'd probably only get about 8-10k miles outta em instead of about 30k miles, swung me to the NT555. They're both really nice street tires though.

They make a drag radial version of the NT555 and NT05 too that look great.

It rains too much here though, they would've been nice in the back :smokin

man if we're talking about wheel/tire width from the back... the e46 m3 is definitely up there :x
