\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

Thanks, its the Q300. Same WCIS has on his STI. Quiet on the WRX, but they sound DEEP on an STI, esp with a downpipe.

Q300 is awesome, not sure if it's the same "quiet" exhaust across every car, but I think it's the best exhaust to get if one plans on changing other pieces. I have it on mine and its basically stock by itself, but with everything else it's almost too loud (for me), but not really.

Agreed, I have a catted Grimspeed downpipe & cold air intake as well. The sounds right where I want it.

Yea I was considering going with the q300 on my STI in the next couple months. Still debating between that and Nameless.

You have a clip of how yours sounds?

That's exactly my issue as well. Nameless or q300, but after the video above I'm leaning towards the q300.

U done goofed that matte purple looks good :lol

Trust me i wanted that color to work. The matte blurple was my vision for this set of wheels the whole time but the powder didnt cure properly.

The powder guy said it the brand of powder has cool colors, but the materials they use are cheap from china so it cured really splotchy.

This is the original color chip i agreed to:

Here are the closer shots. The wheels looked good from fifteen feet, but up close was no bueno.

I remember those wheels. I seen that car at cars&coffee here
Yea he has a house there but moved to the Bay Area. He must have taken it back there at some point.

This car was one of the first RWB in the US.  Used to look like this
Also looked like this after the bright green

I believe this is mark, founder of fatlace's RWB. Fatlace paddock & RWB shop is over in San Mateo

Love the weather, hate the pollen ... had garage at my old place, why'd I leave? {

Debate at work today ... GT4 vs base 911? Think I'm taking the GT4

Nameless, ETS, Invidia, or Corsa would be my choices. If you do go Nameless, I'd suggest tryna buy one used off someone. Besides being kinda expensive, I've heard mad complaints on the lead times on orders. Sometimes 2+ months.

GT4 all day, but I'm in the minority that'll take a Cayman over a couple 911's tho lol.

And yea for anyone wondering. That star link system in some cars like my STI is bunz. I know someone else mentioned it in here before. Sound volume isn't consistant no matter how you set the speed volume match. And iPhone hookup has a delay. Even when switching songs. Gotta adjust the sound too because the quality is horrible. May need to invest in a sound system too

Worst of all time.

GT4 easily. It's known to be one of the best driving experience cars in existence. And with the balance of that mid engine, the only reason it doesn't outperform the top of the line 911s is because Porsche doesn't want it to take the crown away from 911.

tbh i'd probably take the GT4 over most 911s
