\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

My boy spotted this
Damn! A guy up the road from where I live has 2 Grand Nationals right now. Many years ago I bought a 1987 Monte Carlo LS off him after bugging him to sell it to me for a while. I asked about the GN's a couple years ago, he wasn't interested in selling them though.

Yes it is.  I love it.  Ever since i saw this photo i knew what car was gonna be my next.

I still love my M3 though so i don't know when it will happen. Could be next week if the right deal happens or could be next year.

I'm also in socal if you need a hand man, I have really in depth knowledge of the options, models and service intervals etc. If you're a patient man, wait until you can find a 997.2 in the 60's instead of the 07-09. The PCM system is a welcome addition compared to the garbage they had before, also of course PDK is introduced on those model turbos but if you want the 6mt it doesn't matter.

That old system will have you craving iDrive.

04' with 36,000 miles and one owner (old man) for $8000. 8.5/10 condition, no damages and no mechanical problems or leaks from seeing it in person. Good deal?

Perfection at it's finest.  GMG is a pretty well known shop down here in Socal.

Nelson, I'm moving up to Norcal this month.  I'll help you drive the car up to Norcal.  ;)

In fact, I'm in the process of downsizing from my Audi and my Tacoma to a single car.  Why don't you sell me your m3 and then buy the porsche.  And we can swap cars ocassionally.

GMG is probably the best shop Socal has to offer if you love race inspired cars. They gave my friend a GIAC tune free for letting them measure his car to build an exhaust. They did dyno it and stuff though.

Thanks, these don't hold their value compared to others. Can't buy a new car right now, I'm saving for a house.

Thanks man, appreciate the intel.  The rear end refresh is worth it too.  Wonder how long until the 997.2 6MT are in that price range. Hopefully the 991.2 coming out will drive the prices down.

^ ah yes there was a time I thought I just had to get a bmw 8 series v12 with the phone built in it.

Then a guy who works on foreign cars told me just to get the v8 cuz the v12 sucked :lol

My cousin was out shopping and she saw a new NSX and sent me pics of it.  I thought I would share, this one had manufacturers plates on it from Ohio.  I'm assuming someone drove it up from there.  Not a bad looking car, I'd still rather get a 911 or GT-R though.

Saw a few things while out today.
