\\ Post Your Car vol. Been a minute //

I don’t think it’s a bad vehicle, but I feel like a lot of the Hummer crowd is also anti-EV and this is why it has flopped. Never see them on the road but have on occasion seen them sitting at dealers as trade-ins here in Florida. Could also be that the H2 and H3 damaged the brand image and they didn’t realize it until now.
It’s funny you said that because one of the salesmen told me that no has even asked or showed any interest of it since it ls hit the grounds. It really tells you that these indeed flopped.

Got offered 140k for my 2017 Targa 4 GTS with 15k miles. Should I accept? Car was paid off this month.

Well, according to MMR, I'd take that and run to the bank.

It makes me wonder if the Escalade IQ (EV) will actually come to the market. Probably a different target audience then the Hummer though. Probably lots of wives, like mine, who will want one. I kind of prefer that over the 7 seater Range Rover because of the captain’s chairs in the middle. Have been waiting forever for Range Rover allocation and eyes are starting to wander.

Dodge Hornet- another swing & a miss for Dodge 😔 . Looks identical to the new HR-V

I know he does but I'm not gonna fault him for owning a car that doesn't lose much money.
I’m not talking about him trading the car in, I’m speaking about him being rich with an over $100k car.

You don't have to be rich to afford a $100k car. It isn't a Lamborghini. If someone makes decent money (say $70k a year) and DOESN'T have kids (BIG savings there) and saved a nice chunk for a down payment, one can afford one. It isn't rocket science! 🤷

How about the normal family of 4 or 5 that has a 4 figure payment for 72 or 84 months for a loaded F150 or Expedition? Believe me, I sold cars to lots of people who were nowhere near rich but would do what they had to, to afford a new (or newer) vehicle. And most didn't bat an eye at a $1,000+ payment (which blew my mind).

When my health finally gets better to the point I can go work again, I'll do what I need to, to buy my dream Lotus Evora GT). They are anywhere from mid $80s to around high $90s. My buddy has one, and he is NOT close to being rich. Just saved up money for a long time. And I'm not even in the same hemisphere to being rich.

Midwest with me and my with both working is pretty decent.

It’s not what it was but I’m not living like the coastal boys paying 5k a month mortgage.

Its just jokes bro, no one here taking it that serious lol.

But just to add if anyone has enough disposable income to afford an $80-90k car, they might not be “rich” in the nature of the words definition but they are certainly well off.
