Yeah its Objectdock. I got the theme from wincustomize.com, I think. You download the .zip, open it, and extract the folder to the "background"folder in the Objectdock folder located most likely in "C://Program files/Stardock. Then the rest should simply be going to Settings and changing theappearance.
