Kanye is an average rapper, but a great artist.
Twista is underrated, he's the only rapper that makes sense when he raps fast (Busta, Mystikal, etc. be making up words)
R. Kelly was the best musician in the game from 1991-2005
The Beatnuts sucked at rapping
Wayne is overrated and underrated at the same time
Most conscious rappers have terrible producers
Mc Lyte's flow on "Poor Georgie" was garbage
Remy Ma was nice on the mic.
OB4CL is better than Illmatic

I don't care if Timbaland has sampled a majority of his hits and didn't pay anybody for them, he is still a god with the beats.

I think Big Boi appreciates music a lot more than most artists out and nobody ever mentions it. My man brings in his own live band and #%#!.

The majority of hip hop music is repetitive, boring, lacking substance and is overall garbage. This doesn't only go for hip hop actually. It can be said for most pop music. 
Brand New > your favorite band just because of their growth alone. 

Musicians do grow, and it's annoying when fans whine about how an artist has "changed" and isn't the same as they once were. People change, and along with this the music will too. You like the old stuff? Cool, no ones forcing you to listen to the new stuff.
