well done, sir. Being a chef I love poutine. I tried to tell my homegirl about them and he was like chilli cheese fries FTW. I almost falcon punched her.


For the cats in the bay; check out Salt House

( cripsy fingerlingpotatoes, melted white cheddar, short rib gravy, carmelized oinions) in the city or Fritz in oakland to experience this taste sensation.

Haven't tried this before, but my friend says Pommes Frites on 2nd Ave has some pretty damn good poutine. Their frites are also on point

if you live in NY there is a place downtown that serves it. Ummmm, it is somewhere in the "the reed space" "supreme" area. That thing isone of the most delicious foods you can eat.
Unhealthy as can be but who cares.
