Well those are the Nike Blue Chip Brandon Roy PEs. A lot of players around the league wore them when they released. I think even Durant wore them for a bit before he got his own shoe.

They were worn by various players, kind of how these days you have everyone in Hyperdunks. I think they were a HOH exclusive, but not very hard to come by.

Probably about ten dollars.

There is a white pair on ebay for about $60, but nobody is biting at that price. There was a pair of these exact shoes you have in a size 9.5 that sold for $50 DS, or VNDS.
Maybe you will find a die hard BR collector out there, but really nobody is looking for these. Even if someone wanted a BR PE, there are plenty to choose from with the Air Max Fly Bys, Hyperfuses, and some others out there.
