Some guy is selling a pair sz 11.5 on CL for 280 and got him down to 250 but is this a good deal? He will also do trades for gamma 11s which i have, but idk. Gammas resell price is 300 or so.

Damn, that sounds too good to be true man.

That trade and the fact that he went from 280 to 250 for a pair of Motorsport.
Sounds suspicious, you should LC his pair before going further.
 
If you are unsure about authenticity ask him for dated pictures and post them before you do a deal.
 
I feel ya.. I just can't give you my ok without seeing more detailed images.. Just want to be 100% before I advise you to go ahead.
 
If you can get it for that price, buy them. I've been seeing them go for about 300, and sometimes more, depending on size. I saw a pair of size 11s go for 340 last month. Just make sure they're legit, as listed above. 
 
I bought a ds pair for $260 a few months back. So $250 is not too far fetched. Shoes pictured are legit as well as the rest. Just be careful when meeting up.
