Promotional Black Kaws 4

I got a good deal on the black Kaws 4 and just received an email from StockX saying they are DS and real... But they are a promotional pair and that if I still wanted this pair then they would send them to me... does it matter if it's a promotional pair or a regular pair... I know what the promotional pair is just wanted NTs opinion They sent pics too if that helps... Thanks in advance
