PS3 Repair place in the Bay Area

my PS3 got the yellow light of death when i was playing MW2.
i dont wanna drop $150 on Sony's repair service, so does anyone know where i can get my PS3 fixed in the bay area?

^fix it yourself mayne, it's pretty easy, just remember where all the parts and screws go. My ps3 got the YLoD last week and my brother fixed it in like 2hours. Here, watch these youtube videos:

And also make sure you have some GOOD cpu/gpu thermal paste.� I would recommend�Arctic Silver 5� , its the best outthere that you can buy at a pc store/radio shack for like $20.�

Wow. This is the first time hearing about the yellow light of death. I wouldn't of known what to do if/when that happens to my ps3. If I didn't seethis I most likely would of sent it in to Sony. Lol. Give an update when you finish your "project"..haha

update : i followed all the youtube instructions and it works for now

my ps3 shuts down when playing a blurayand it flashes its red lights. when playing a game freezes. its not overheating since this happens within 10 minutes ofplaying/watching. any ideas?
