PS3 tech advice needed for damaged console

Friend gave me his old PS3 for free because he thought it was toast.

Turns out the HDMI prongs are bent backwards into the console.

I know I can play it with just the AV cables, but is there a way to either

a) replace the HDMI port

or

b) connect the AV cables into something and then connect that something into the TV to play in HD?
