QB THREAD - 2x quarterbacky award winner: Lamar Jackson

Man, you guys are hating so hard... Just stop.  Football isn't as simple as you want to believe. Your boy is 3/22 with 1.8 ypa right now but it doesn't lessen his ability as a player.  At this point in the season, as a fan, you just hope for the right plays at the right time.

Man all Im saying is you guys should take Russell for what he is. Yall sit there and hype him up to be something he's not. He's a below avg QB that makes plays from time to time. Nothing more nothing less...

That run game and defense is what wins games in Sea. Stop with the Wilson > whoever stuff because the **** ain't true.

SEA has a nice combo to save RW when he plays poorly. The Stadium advantage, a nice defense, and Beast Mode are a killer mix.

It's the worst game the guy has ever played. But we need him to win. There's no question,

:lol Man Russell Wilson is not a below average quarterback

He made some great plays at the end of today's game

The only good thing he did was the throw at the end. I won't take that from him.

But everything else was below average QB stuff. That 2pt conversion was a joke of a throw.

You're just being a hater right now

What possible reason could I have to hate Russell Wilson? :lol

I hate Tony Romo, I'm just being honest about Russell. Like I said before maybe you guys are just seeing something I don't see. But I've seen enough of dude. And outside of running I don't see how you can say he's and above avg WB.

Shut the hell up my God. Disappear fam.

That was a hell of a throw, don't think many QBs make that throw.

Say what you want about Wilson overall, but he has the "it" most QB's would have just packed it up after his BEYOND TERRIBLE performance, but he kept playing til the end of the game and played wonderfully after that last INT.

Even had the guts to throw it again to Kearse after 4 targets to Kearse was picked off.

Throwing the ball to the clouds? Praying the safety don't make a play on it? Because he definitely could. He just made a bad play. That **** was a joke. :lol you can't be serious.

Man we just view the guy different. I have no problem with that. It's the best part of sports. Everybody viewing things In a different way.

I'll agree to disagree. No one was open, he made something happen and extended the play rather then take the sack.

Beauty of sports. Can't argue, he's in the SB though. I'm curious, what do you think of Joe Flacco?

I think Flacco is decent.

I take the side that the 2pt conversion was a joke..

It was a prayer, and the prayer was answered..

It was a bad decision, bad throw, with no reaction by the db.

Got it done tho...it was an impressive OT drive. But that's where it stops.

I said in the NFL thread, I am finally ready for Tom to join the elite category of a four time SB winning QB. i wasn't ready in 07 or 11 but now that his career will be winding down in a few years (I think), I'm cool with it. Joe, Terry, you might have company in a few weeks (though Seattle's D may not agree)

Russ has 61 yards and 3 INT thru 3 quarters.

Thru 4 quarters, Russ is 11/26, 129 yards, 0 TD's, 4 INT's.

Andrew Luck has no INT's. He too has like 90 yards late.

Difference?

Seattle holds Aaron Rodgers to 5 FG's. Lynch with 158 yards rushing.

Russ goes 3/3 for 80 yards in OT. Tremendous drive.

How many QB's can go 11/26, 129, 0, 4, and even BE in OT?

So of course, I hit reply and Luck throws a pick. :lol

Now we'll get to read "Luck throws too many picks" takes. :hat
