Honestly a little surprised about how hard the local guys are going at Mallet and slurping Jimmy.

It was one preseason game

All throughout camp on the radio and in the paper I heard Jimmy looked like trash. Throwing pic sixes left and right , not able to field the snap from the center due to being used to be being in the shotgun, game looked too fast, etc etc

Now he looks good against Non-NFL guys and he is far and away better than Mallet?

agreed on the jimmy slurpage. they need to keep things in perspective.

as far as mallet...it's been the same story with him. every preseason he comes in and is very meh. nice throw here and there, but overall very underwhelming performances. he should be moving the ball pretty easily against these preseason defenses by now.

uhh I don't see keep but I do see Wilson though. maybe u meant Wilson cuz I don't see keep

 I guess typically they put Wilson on the cover since he won the SB and IMO I think he is the goods. I think Luck is better however. You, colts, got it good man. Manning then luck. that's just stupid. Same with GB with favre then arod. hopefully the pats are next with pretty jimmy relieving brady but hopefully not for another several years and no as much I loved Bledsoe back then ( I was just a kid mind you) he isn't HOF worthy QB to be passing the torch to brady.

I'd prefer the cover to have no QB that was drafted in the past 5 years. Go old school and with guys that have proven they will be around. Don't cater to the youth of today, they aren't buying it regardless
