Question about "samples dealers"

Anybody know of any of these? 16 year old kid with Black Quai 5s, Motorsport 5s and seamless 14s told me he got them from his samples dealer in Portland. Someone shed some light?

I think we better not know it, otherwise the guy/girl who leaks and even sells samples might get into trouble.

I don;t think they have anythign to worry about selling the samples. I mean what are they supposed to do with them? Throw them away?
