Question to verizon wireless users and warranty replacement

Anyone ever had to use their warranty to get a phone replacement and was told by verizon i may/probably will get a "certified like new" replacement. Having to send in my iphone.Horrible battery life(lose 20% an hour with a 3 month out of the box phone) and battery health capacity at 96% and falling. Anyway i keep hearing the "like new replacements" are sometimes worse than the phone being replaced? anyone had one of these? going to have to call and give them hell if they send me a ****tier phone.

7. got it on a free offer from verizon in october. new and sealed in the box. i'm not a big tech guy like i used to be. don't really care about having the newest phone. just wanted something to replace my 6 plus.
